Makowear Return Policy

At Makowear, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we are here to help!

**Return Timeframe:**
- Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you received your order.

**Return Conditions:**
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

**Return Shipping:**
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item(s) to us.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

**Refund Process:**
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

**Exchanges:**
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

**Non-returnable Items:**
- Certain items, such as gift cards and sale items, are non-returnable.
